The only Eagle head coach Andy Reid noted in his injury report Monday was safety Nate Allen, who suffered a hamstring strain in the loss to the Lions.

"He should be ready to go once we get back here," Reid said.

Based on previous years, the Eagles would have the week off and return Monday for a brief workout before resuming their normal game week schedule on Wednesday. However, a schedule for the bye week has yet to be released.

Reid also updated the status of left tackle Jason Peters (Achilles), who is on the Reserve Non-Football Injury List (NFI). Given the Eagles' problems along the offensive line, Peters' return would help greatly, but don't expect him back anytime soon.

"He's getting better. He's made progress," Reid said. "He's moving around now, outside of the pool and the treadmill. He's able to move around and do some agility things and push it a little bit, but not to the extent where he's near being cleared yet."

Players on NFI can begin practicing from Weeks 6-9. After that, they must be activated or placed on Injured Reserve.
